Bulk Loading:

Easy and continuous bulk loading with a hopper capacity of up to 800 tubes.
Compatible with standard tubes of 8-22 mm diameter & 70-120 mm length.
Possible connection to TT Smartline for reception.

Sample Registration:

Barcode scanner for quick and dependable sample tube identification.

Tube Identification:

Integrated hi-res camera and built-in software identify tube diameter, length, and cap color, preventing mismatches and handling errors.

Sorting Rules:

Sorting based on LIS-transmitted or user-defined rules (barcode information, tube parameters, blood test, cap color).
Solves “Clone Tube” problem.
Software responds to STAT samples.
Bi-directional connection to LIS for data exchange.

Continuous Sorting to Bins:

Throughput of 1600 tubes/hr.
12 target bins + 1 error bin by default, configurable from 6 to 18 bins.
Continuous sorting with an option to connect to TT Smartline conveyor system.
“Refleks Mode” ensures uninterrupted sorting even when removing a target bin.
